Do you speak in different voices?

I have a normal tone, but then, I like to change it too. At times I have much darker or strained voices that I like to use when I'm pretending to be the 'bad guy' in my day dreams. Most often, after showering, because the excess moisture in my throat lets me have the most variation. I love the ones where it sounds like several people are talking at once. Occasionally I wish that I record them, but it's probably better that I don't, as they sound quite evil at times.

Yes, singing is when it is really effective. Sometimes, where there is a skit that has different parts, I will try to do a different voice for all the ones involved.

@OneOfMany , May be unknowingly you are projecting your voice to catch the attention dear friend which could be a Ventriloquy voice! Thanks!

@AKRao24 I doubt it, since the voice never projects. lol

I can't do anything like projecting my voice, though I did try a few times. The different voices can go a long way to keeping people entertained though. :D

i have to change my tone from time to time. I am a teacher for children. There are also time when I am upset i have to use a different tone of voice, but if it is a talent for you, maybe you can earn something from it. like a voice talent

I can't use it for long, since it hurts my vocal cords after a short period of time. So it is only for several minutes. Nothing I can truly profit from in that short of a time!

Does the cat ever get confused? My one dog hated when people whispered around him. I think that the sounds were higher than we think they are. He would get upset and wanted us to stop.

You only know so little about me, too. My little cousin told me that it was too scary to use around her though.

This is my regular voice if I am not modulating it for my voiceover commercial gigs and voice acting gigs. I do know how to modulate my voice because I want to pursue voice acting really bad.

I only put on different voices when I'm reading a story to little ones. Other than that, nope, just an ordinary voice.

Nope, I don't have a talent for speaking different voices. I'm such a loser.
