Some people think that I am a conceited person because of my nature being alone most of the time and thrifty with words

But it is just me. I don't have many friends. I choose people I would like to get along with. And so, some of our neighbors think I am an out of this world, with no friends at all. I am also not good in socialization. I am just a simple person and even I have money to spend, I don't like spending it just to be fitted in a certain group of people. I am who I am and I don't like pretending.

@minx267 I am very much like that. I think we can go along together because we have similar personalities.

@JudyEv Yes, if I don't feel them, then I'd prefer to be on my own. I hate pretending and if they don't like me its okay. It is not a big deal.

We are all different and have different weaknesses and strengths and we should not judge other people but accept them for what they are.

That is true. It is something not everyone knows of or maybe aware of but not doing in action.

Be who you really are, don't pretend to be someone else. Don't mind what other people say. Why would other people care kase if you are who you are, di ba?

I can understand what you are, because I am like that too. I am friends with everyone in the office, though I choose who to be close with.
Having many friends around you isn't an assurance that one will be happy. You never know who gossips about you whenever you turn your back. It's better to have lesser but true and honest friends.

I agree with you. I have proven it as the best thing to do. Its better to have few true friends that a great number of people who may or may not be true to you at all.

i don't mind if they say i'm anti-social, as long as they don't start make up and spreading untrue/damaging stories about me.

@hereandthere Same here. When I was a kid, I was taught that it was good to have as many friends as you can. Make friends to everyone. But as I grow up, I have learned that I should be careful with the people I am making friends with.

Now-a-days, it is better to remain single and alone because you hardly find any true friends and this stupid world is not going to come to pay your bills. So, better let them think what they want to think, you do what you want to do. I also, stay alone, away from the world, having no friends and trying to make some money online.

@unconditionalove That is better and practical. I also prefer to do the same thing.
