Well-balanced diet

Hi, In this busy world, we are all very busy with things at work and home but do we care about our diet that we have daily?.This is true for everyone that we hardly find time to notice what is essential for us and what is not but we have to take care of our diet because many people fall ill just because they have some vitamins or proteins deficiency which could be avoided easily by observing and planning our daily diet??. Friends this is my first passage on this community , hope you will like it

Welcome and I don’t eat carb a lot as I am on Keto diet due to allergies

I eat all sea food just that I don’t eat flour stuff which is usually called carbs

I guess we need to take supplements because I don't hink what we eat everyday is not enough to sustain our health. God bless... and yes we need vitamins indeed.

When it comes to my diet, I keep it simple by just eating everything in moderation and taking one multi-vitamin per day.
