I am building a habit to meditate and practice yoga everyday. I actually just managed to do a 30 minute yoga on the first day, then the rest of the week, as my baby woke up in the middle of the night and I couldn't find the time to do a full yoga, but I just did a 6 minute one. I just found this 40 day meditation challenge which we get to listen to a piece of guided meditation everyday. I think it might be helpful that I also learn from these guided meditation, as sometimes it's hard to get myself stay focus. Perhaps I was too tired and I couldn't get to sleep much because my baby boy kept looking for me yesterday, I was not in good shape yesterday. I felt quite bad and guilty for getting angry with my kids, and wasn't able to be centered. I need to bring myself back to center, I need to build on my patience and calmness, and there I found this 40 Day Meditation Challenge from a parenting website. Here's the link if you are also interested: Do you meditate or practice mindfulness everyday?

Meditation would be good for most people I guess. I hope you find the time to do the 40 day course.

My doctor recommended that I do yoga but I found out that a Christian should not get mixed up in Eastern religions. I try to meditate but it is so noisy here that it is useless.
