I do brisk walking, jogging, and different cardio exercises... back exercises, leg exercises, arms exercises, and abs exercises..

My personal favourites are; weightlifting, rowing machine and walking (with headphones). Decent ways to lose weight, so long as you can control your snacking.. unlike me..

cardio exercises are the best way to loose weight. You can keep a variety on your list to make it interesting...jogging, brisk walk, running, treadmill, cycling....see if you can include them in your exercise regime

There are tons of exercises to do look on YouTube they have some good stuff on there my girlfriend does it daily

I walk, but I haven't had much luck losing weight. But it sure is nice to be mobile after 2 hip surgeries.
