If you ran for president, what party would you be riding under and what major changes would you make?

Would you want to create your very own party?
If I ran for president, I would run so far the other way from it, you could not find me anywhere on the map.
As for parties, I love to party. I want to party right now and if I could party I would turn the volume up as loud as could wake up the entire neighborhood. Drink up and enjoy, and party like there's no tomorrow because that's where we're headed.
On a more positive note, I want to actually know if YOU have a party preference?
Beer, Wine, Cola, chips and dips or an entire smorgasbord of food?

I was president once... I didn't enjoy the responsibility and gave it back. Of course, it was of my residence hall in college. I didn't have any staff, it was just me... so I'm not sure the title was appropriate.
Currently I'm a secretary of my area's economic development group. I'm rather laid back, but things seem to be improving under my involvement. Of course, I have run those meetings when the president and vice president are absent, so that's not a challenge. It's better to rule from the shadows than out in the light!

Well, that way at least, you are less of a target.

@lookatdesktop Certainly. I don't think the stress would be worth it. Now, if I was an emperor, that would be a little different! Then people have to listen to you. That, and I might have that line of work actually in my ancestry.
There was a family rumor that the German side of the family came from Russia, because they fled before the revolution. And that it was Romanov blood, because they called themselves 'Romans'. I did a DNA test, and the large part that should have been German was Russian instead, so there might be some truth to the rumors after all.

I wish there were no parties and you just voted. I would change healthcare, make it like Canada, free.

@db20747 , Nope. I am no millionaire. Tax those rich people, give back to the poor people. It is the right thing to do. The poor people and middle class always get the short end of the stick.

I couldn't imagine being President I might be a bad leader so don't vote for me. I've been wishing that my country will be progressive someday. Free education and healthcare for everybody, a housing project for those who can't afford to buy a house, and minimum wage should be increased because the cost of living now is different.

I would start my own party. Maybe I would call it the Anti-degenerate Patriots' Party.
