I hope not, think it is dumb,. For better or worse we should stand by one of the greatest things ever written by a humans. California has a measure in the November ballot to separate itself from the rest of the US. Dumb people come and go, but do not let the disgust you feel for people bogging down our country effect that. Oh, the country seems to say good ridens, screw that lefty state. but at the same time they only care about money. California, as a state of the United States just passed the UK and is now the 5th largest economy in the world. I personally would love to take all that money and make the US the best country the world has ever seen. Make other countries change their ways who do bad things to their people. That being said, California is hated by its own people and I do not hate my state but very disappointed in how it treats the poor, but as any rich person will say. That is why we are now the 5th largest economy, but does that make it right and is it really a good measure when you leave your own people starving in the Streets?

I thought California is in horrible straits economically though? Isn't the state in heaps of debt and lacks sufficient resources to power itself? There is the well known electrical corridor known as "Path 15" through its center that caused those rolling blackouts for years because there wasn't enough pathways for energy to get from the bottom of the state to the top of the state, so most of the energy sustaining it comes from the outside. Here's their debt clock:

No we actually have a surplus, lay off the fox news my friend. The problem is they actually found heavy taxes is working because people make so much money and going over board but still doing it the Republican way. Taking most of the money from middle class and poor.

@crossbones27 I looked it up because I was curious. You have a budget surplus, but still have a state debt. When you have a budget surplus, it means you can either pay off the debt little by little, or spend constructively. Now if it was a 'state surplus', they you would be doing awesome! I hope California gets there one day. Well, I'll be coming out there in three weeks to cause trouble either way. I hope California can survive me again!

@OneOfMany Yeah kind of like when Clinton ran things surplus under him but debt overall You are more than welcome. Unlike Trump this state really attracts the best and brightest. Think you fit. As much as I hate they fallow Republican ways but use it liberal ways and it irritates me because they make their capitalistic system look good if you are working in a traditional sense. If like me where you are tired of the dumb games you are one move from being homeless.
