Do You Like Exercising Or Lifting Weights?

I Guess most of us like to Exercise and Lift Weights, But liking is another thing then doing LOL. So we can like it and may not do it anytime 
.
But I know many in real life and on online and on mylot that are like Gym freaks and they love to Exercise and Gym and Lift Weights daily and its good as well as they are feeling good and fit and I guess you can get more confidence if you are feeling healthy and Strong.

I never lift weights. I think that's what men do. I just exercise sometimes.

Six pack abs (not the bulky kind) look really hot on women, too. My niece said that can be achieved by doing one set with more reps (as oppossed to multiple sets) of ab exercises.

I mix it up. I lift weights, do HIIT/circuit training, and also get into boxing/muay thai for my cardio.

@anikoonline ~The doctors didn't do anything, I guess I'm just stuck with a bum knee. My pup and I enjoy our walks.

@flpoolbum I am sorry for your knee. Will it heal totally? Having a dog is a good motivation to walk and run regulary.

Due to a back injury many years ago, I don't lift weights. However, I do swim almost every day, and I do exercise in the fitness center on the elliptical. I love swimming. I do the fitness center because I need to, not because I like it.

On a day like today, my answer would be walking. Going to take my housemates dog for a walk in a little while. However, I also love weightlifting, Tracking weight increases, endorphin rushes and listening to good music are very appealing.. when I'm in the mood, haha.

Exercise twice a day..morning and evening is a part of my regular life. I can not stay without it for more than a week. It makes me depressed. I need exercise to live my day cheerfully and efficiently
