Lizzy and I woke up in the hospital trying to gather what had happened, my mom ran into our room crying and screaming they finally woke up. We were confused; what happened? I asked my mom. She looked at me with a sad expression; you two have been unconscious for two weeks now. I started to cry for no reason and Lizzy just sat there zoning out into the distance. I could understand what she was feeling almost a whole month has gone by and we didn't have a clue what had happened.
Our families gathered around the room hugging us and reassuring us that we are going to be ok. The doctors kept us overnight to make sure we were ok and put us through tests to make sure our brains were not having any issues. I couldn't blame the doctors for wanting to be sure our story seemed as far fetched as world peace would happen.
The next day Lizzy and I went home and our parents kept us very protected and had everyone close to make sure we wouldn't disappear again. Lizzy and I knew though that we had to go back to the bridge and find out what had happened, look for clues and see if we could find proof of what had happened that day. Lizzy told me that we should sneak out of the house and go to the bridge early in the morning I agreed and we planned to leave around six.
Lizzy and I sneaked out of the house and raced to the bridge. When we got to the bridge we searched all over the river but couldn't find any signs of what had happened then I found something shining behind a small waterfall on the far side of the river.

You've got me hooked! What happened? Are you planning to start writing as a career? If not you really should consider it.
