Back from the gym

On this gorgeous spring afternoon, it was so nice to walk in flops and have no jacket on. Now this is really spring and finally no more traces of weather. We had some new faces in class today, pretty decent sized, and I did see Michelle. But I had gotten no ride from her, since she had to leave early. Oh well.
We had no props to use in class. Here's what we did tonight in no particular order:
6 Arm Raises and Leg Lifts (3x/side)
2 100 Cycles (1 on stomach, 1 on back) and 1 Swimming Cycle
6 Single Leg Stretches and 6 Single Straight Leg Stretches
6 Double Leg Stretches
2 Bent Elbow Plank and Straight Arm Planks (1x/side)
2 Sidekick Series (1x/side) and 6 Knee Peel-ups (3x/side)
1 Child's Pose and 1 Down Dog
That's about it.
As for Upwork, it didn't work out. It wasn't up to their standards. So I've tried my best.
6 Double Leg Stretches and 1 Swimming Cycles
