Tonight's workout was similar to Saturday's in that we did 3 of the same exercises. It was a strength-training session. This is what we did: SUPERSETS 1) a. Dumbbell chest press (5 x 10) b. Tricep cable press-downs (5 x 10) 2) a. Single kettlebell rack squats (5 x 5L/5R) b. Bicep curls (5 x 10) I did a few sets of chest presses with 30 pound dumbbells which was probably not a smart idea as my shoulder is already hurting. I did 2 sets and then dropped down to 25's but then some women jacked them so I had to go back to 30's for my last set. The finisher was I-go you-go 30 second sets of TRX rows for 6 minutes. That was easy enough. My plan is to go back tomorrow night at 5 pm as long as my shoulder isn't hurting at that point.

That is quite a long workout. How long does it normally take you to complete? It would take me like 20 or 30 minutes to do 5 sets of something.

We were finished with everything (including the workout and finisher) in 50 minutes.
