Life after pregnancy

After giving birth to my beautiful daughter I had to get stitches. After which I fainted twice because my blood pressure was extremely low. I had to stay in the hospital longer than I expected. After I went home I was so happy to be done with contactions because they were excruciating for me. As time went by I was losing my appetite for my favorite foods, I hardly slept which resulted in me hardly eating because I was more interested in sleeping more than eating. I eventually came down from 170 lbs to to 110 lbs within four months. I later realized I was suffering from postpartum depression. Has this been the experience for you? If so how were you able to deal with it?

I exercise from time to time and take my daughter out for little walks. Both have helped a lot.
