@Anuoluokun by reducing the gap between the rich and the poor ,you open up new opportunities for the underprivileged people in the society.. They get access to jobs and they will be able to earn some income.. This will improve their standards of living and that of the entire society

I would change the leader (myself) to anyone else who is more competent for this role. This is the best thing I can do
