I guess Spinach is one such veggie which is liked by all its so good as well and can be prepared in many ways as well. For me the best option is having spicy spinach with meat balls why is a vegetarian dish and we can add cheese or boiled potatoes as well and it tastes so yummy.
I'm sure there are many other ways we can have spinach but I haven't tried any other ways and like to know from your experience.
What About you? What Can You Do With Spinach? Which spinach dishes you relish? Please share.

I eat spinach mainly uncooked in a salad form or on burgers or in wraps. I do love it on pizza and in my omelets as well.

Spinach works wonderfully in soups. It cooks up quickly and it adds color, nutrients and flavor. A simple tomato soup becomes Tomato Florentine when you add spinach. I always add a big handful of greens to my Minestrone and Pasta e Fagioli to balance out the beans and pasta. Spinach can also be the star of the soup. Just saute onion and garlic in a pot. Add a potato for non-dairy creaminess, fresh or frozen spinach and vegetable broth. Simmer until the potato and the spinach is cooked and tender. Blend the soup until smooth and add fresh herbs such as cilantro, parsley or mint. For a touch of heat, I sometimes add a pinch of red pepper flakes. For an Indian flavor profile, try this Creamy Spinach Soup that takes just 15 minutes to make and is packed with fragrant spices.

I have included it put in stir fries. But mainly I try to get it over with as much as possible so while I'm cooking I will munch on some really quick and then then make the good vegetables with dinner. Like broccoli or asparagus. It's healthier raw anyway because you get more of then nutrients. Some people will put them into shakes and add them to more yummier ingredients that blood out the taste of the spinach.

I seldom make spinach because my daughter doesn't like it. The spicy spinach meat you like sounds good. I can try it when I have time.
