Of course its not good to Whistle when your are passing by on a Bust street as you can offend some of the people there especially the ladies. Although its a talent to whistle to the beat of songs and really do make us feel good and excited when we can whistle to the beat of songs. Its common in friends to tease each other with Whistles but some do take it as very Rude.

that is catcalling when one whistles to a lady passing by. i can whistle, but i whistle to call the wind; more often than not, the wind comes.
