Shouldn't Father's Day be as popular as Mother's Day? What do you think?

I am a mom and I appreciate the love that is shown around the world for us mothers, but what about the good fathers that are out there? The single father's that take good care of their children. Yes, I know that it is some bad daddy's out there that doesn't take care of their kids, but I am talking about the good ones.

Why not?...In fact they should celebrate parents day instead of celebrating two different days! Thanks!

I completely agree. There are some men out there who are better at being dads than the moms are at being moms and some dads who are playing both roles. Dads should be celebrated more!

Celebrating Father and Mother's Day is the same for me. I give equal importance to both because they are specials.

Both parents are important for the child to grow into a balanced human being. So I believe both Fathers' Day and Mothers' Day should be celebrated.

We've always celebrated father's day, just as much as Mother's Day. Father's Day is clebrated a little differently, because my Dad never wanted gifts and not to say that mom was all about the gifts either, but they both wanted to know they were appreciated. On father's day, we would celebrate with a barbecue outside and with mother's day, breakfast in bed was always the norm. My mom didn't really like receiving cards, because she never had any place to store them, but she has always loved receiving flowers. They make her smile.
