This morning, once again, we had rain. But I'm so glad it ended before 2 PM this afternoon for my next swim lesson. It was a pleasant day to walk in my flops and have no jacket on this afternoon. I enjoyed the sun and the gentle breeze too. It's going to be nice for the next couple of days, until we have another wet and stormy weekend too.
Once again, I warmed up with one lap of the backstroke and one lap of the elementary backstroke. Then she had working on the breast stroke with one cone. I did six full laps by stopping at the cone halfway through the lap on the way back in different positions on the deck. Then the last two laps I made it across without stopping in the end. Though my back felt okay in the water, my left hip was a bit bothersome to me.
As a side note, Paige told her that her summer schedule starts in two weeks. Tuesdays will stay the same. But as for Thursdays, it might be change to a different time or day, since she would be working at the local zoo from 3-8 PM. I might do it around 1-1:30 PM, like I did it with Rachel last fall. I also want to see what my neurologist says on Thursdays before I take it a bit further. I'll keep you posted though.

I'm glad you're still doing the lessons.
Hope your hip is better now.
