Everyone is praying to live long, nobody wants to die young. Yes, wishing to live long is not bad. But, the question is, how do you intend to spend those years? Living old is not the issue, it is how well those years are spent. A good father live inheritance for his children says the Holy book. Looking at your life right now, are you on the part of living inheritance for your generation? Can people emulate your right now? Life well lived and years well spent. Don't just breath, live a legacy. Just don't wish to live long, spend your years very well. Live your life well, so that at old age you will be full of smile when you look how far and how well you have come. What are you plans for your generation? Think about it

I am currently 45 years old and I live with my two young children. They are age 10 and 8 years old. We went on a trip to Egypt in April 2017 and came home to find out that my mum moved into a care home. That was quite a shock for me. She has had time in hospital and it took months to find a suitable care home for her. She spent some time in temporary care homes. It is lovely that she now has a permanent care home. I eat a vegan diet because I care for animals. I like to do healthy exercises which make my body strong and fit. I notice that there are lots of old people at the sports centre that are healthy and fit. I have seen them do fast dancing and jumping in the swimming pool. I wish to keep fit and healthy into my old age.

I dont even know what I want to impart to the future generation but I wish that my life would be able to show the wisdom that will guide my children and grandchildren as they take their journey.

Yes, I have plans on leaving my kids a legacy. It will take work, but that's okay with me. I have never been afraid of work, it keeps me young and in the last week or so, I have had a real epiphany. Yes, I am doing more than just breathing.
