Of course, it's not but there are some studies that revealed that we should never have more than the required water as it can be fatal and bad for our health. Also, it's another story to know how much water we need to have daily. But the study claimed that if we are having like around 1 liter of Water daily then it can be dangerous as it will lower the level of Salt or Sodium in Blood and Also kidneys cannot eliminate that much water in An hour. It is well known that too much water is dangerous because it lower the level of minerals in your body. The doctors warn people about this, but there is this silly mania going on that pushes people to drink more water than they really need.

With all that we eat everyday it is okay to drink more water. Yes, it washes away EXCESS salt but not all. The bladder will fill up and excrete it will go to be urine or perspiration.

Yes, anything in excess is not safe! Kidneys are definitely taxed by excess water and minerals that are to be filtered by it! This topic needs further study and different people have different opinions about it! Thanks!
