Philippines: Roasted Turkey and Lechon at it's finest!

Hello myLot Friends, Today is a special day because our cousins who we haven't seen in such a long time will come visit us. So for today's menu, we have prepared roasted turkey and Philippines best "Boneless Lechon Baboy" this is actually a roasted boneless pig. If you're a meat lover, you will certainly love eating Filipino foods because only one is certain, we are a meat lover. Well, of course not all of us but at least 80% of the population or majority of us are a meat lover. I really love to look how these Lechon are being roasted. It's like looking for something that will make you drool from the inside and at the same time you are enjoying the scenery. Sorry folks, but I missed to take a picture while roasting the turkey, I got late actually. LOL Did you guys enjoy the looks of our Lechon? I bet some of you drooled and some of you hate it. I understand because we don't have the same preferences when it comes to food. Do you guys have the something like this too? I really wanna hear from you.
