How Often You Get Your Eyes Checked?

I guess it's so much important these days as most of us are working on our Laptop, Desktops and even on mobile as well and as we watch TV as well so it's best to get the eyes checked at regular intervals like once in sex months.
I'll be there today to got them checked and may come out with specs on lol.
How's everyone doing? How Often You Went To Eye Specialist? Please share.

We have a free physical examination every year. This examination is a full-body examination, Including an examination of the eyes.
