It is bad idea financially to withdraw money on a credit card. It would be better to spend on the credit card. It is an awful idea to take out a loan to manage credit card debt. It someone has credit card debt on more than one card they see it as an easy way out. Proper budgeting helps more.

I generally think it is a bad idea. But I am a strong advocate for people saving money. If you need a credit card for anything it generally means you cannot afford it. The only credit card I use is a Discover card, and I pay it off each month and only use it to collect the cash back rewards.

Sometimes situations can cause us to act, I know it did for me.

Not for me, but some choose to do this. As long as they can pay it back not a problem.
