How do you like to make Fish?

Here the most common way to cook fish is to steam them. So we can taste the fresh and original flavor.

I like them to be either grilled or BBQ with chili, or steam with mushroom, ginger, spring onion and tomatoes

I make fish fry and fish gravy. I use coconut, red chilly powder,turmeric powder,some shallots , fenugreek powder,little coriander powder and make it into a fine paste. Then I saute onions,tomato and curry leaves in coconut oil and one it is done,I pour this mixture into it.Then I add required amount of salt, and once the gravy starts boiling I add the fish pieces into it.I cook for 20-30 minutes,once it is done, I pour little coconut oil into it.It gives a good smell and flavor.
