Thanks to a concerned citizen that had a heart to contact the Harford County Sheriff's Office (H C S O) to report an incident that happened on Monday. Ten duckings fell into a storm drain near the intersection of Abingdon and Emmorton Streets. Deputy Christopher Parra climbed into a storm drain to rescue the 10 ducklings who were then reunited with their mother. How did the ducklings fall into the storm drain is not clear at this time.

Th holes in that grate look pretty wide. Maybe they were out exploring and--whoop!
