My Lot Members Are Very Rude with Me?

Yeah You heard it right !
But this is not my Statement rather its the statement of a person whom I asked about mylot and requested to be on here but the person replied me saying that " The Members On mylot Are very Rude" and that's why the user does not wanna be on here and actually this happened with me twice with different users, one of whom is from Japan and other is from Philippines.
I actually never felt anyone rude on mylot but i guess it must have been some miscommunication of thoughts and that may have resulted in that.
What Are Your Views About it? Have you ever heard from anyone about Rude behavior of members on Mylot? Have you ever Encountered any Rudeness on Mylot? Please Share.

I guess it all depends on what people consider rude. I have seen a few comments here that I would say were rude but nobody has ever been rude to me.

@thesupersingh It could have been. Sometimes things are be taken differently. When something is written you don't hear the tone of somebody's voice and the difference in languages too.

People no longer offend me, however when they still did yes I have had people be rude with me here.
Now, I just pray for them and ask God to change their hearts. =)

What have you done with that person? Blocked him/ her? Or probably just ignored and move along.

In every society, there are people who have problems with their head. I just finish the talk and stop replying, if they go on, I block

When I was a fairly new user, I ran into a rude group, who believed that all people from certain countries were scammers. I disagreed, got told to shut up and stay out of their business. I am still here, they are not. Many more kind people than rude people. I also have seen rude posts that are titled like this "Do not respond unless you are from the Philippines." This is an open discussion site, that was rude.

There was a troll here last night that was pretty rude, but mostly people are nice here in myLot. Cultural differences can make us seem rude, for instance people think us Americans are too open about personal things. Meanwhile as an American I cringe every time I read a post inquiring about peoples jobs and salaries.
If your buddies can't give you a reason why they're rude, I think maybe they're making excuses. Hopefully they'll change their mind and join us later

i think these 2 newbies (?) wanted that all users will answer to their discussions the same way they want to be responded, and then the other users have their own points of view, that is why they think mylotters are rude.

Yes there are rue people everywhere and on every site, it can`t be helped, its life. some people can`t handle anyone being rude. I am rude back and if it continues I know where the block button is.

I like My Lot very much. I have met a lot of people from all over the world. There are some that like to cause problems and there are those that want to help in anyway they can.

Maybe it's because of the nature of conversations that I get involved with but I have never experienced any rudeness at all. On the contrary, I find the members to be quite delightful.
I hope to keep it this way. Debates, arguments or hurtful words are not what I do. So if myLot gives me lemons, I just may very well make lemonade. LOL

Some people on here can be rude, but sometimes it is a function of the discussions that are posted. I don't think the majority mean to be that way.

Maybe it’s a language problem. Sometimes a person from another country posts a comment for me and I have no idea what they are trying to say! I mean they are writing in my language but it doesn’t seem to have anything to do with the subject we are talking about.

I have dealt with a few rude people here but I have no problem with blocking them. It is not something I like to do but the majority of people here that I know are respectful and I love interacting with them. We don't always agree, but that is cool!
