Yes, I worry too much. I try to focus on worring less, because it doesn't help to do things better.

Sometimes I think I have thought a lot and it will make me worried about the future. The world has changed a lot everyday. And therefore we also have to follow the step. Here we have a saying: If we don't have the future worries, we must have the coming worries.
