Who in here have experience sleeping paralysis ?

Once you learn to alter your sleep paralysis state into lucid dreaming, you'll begin to enjoy it. You have to get over the fear first. Once you learn to get unstuck from that paralysis, that evil gnome won't stand a chance. I've experienced this sleep paralysis since high school and it was scary at first, now I think it's pretty cool

I have this happen to me once in a while though I don't actually see anything holding me down. I do wake up (usually from a nightmare) and find myself unable to move.
Apparently this is a defense your body employs so you don't act out your dreams or sleepwalk.
Sadly, if this is the case mine is not always functional since I do sleepwalk at times.

I did before and usually such kind of paralysis will accompany with nightmares.

Hello and welcome .I have nightmares scary.ones but I always wake up and forget what it was
All I know was that it was scary
