Andrés will not come today. Or, better said, "might" come today at some time. I had to call him to ask him if he´d come. No, he said, I have some important things to do. But I could go tomorrow (tomorrow is my doctor´s appointment).
He then said I could leave Leticia or maybe leave him a key. No, I will not.
When Leticia, old as she is, cannot come, she calls me. Andrés is not up at 11 am and there are several phones at his house.
I just answered a post about a 31 old "baby" who was being sued out of his parents house, the poor darling. His parents even offered him $1100 monthly so that he would leave them alone. I feel that some younger adults nowadays are just not responsible.
I will see if I can get someone to build Luna´s home. She cannot be in a rat´s cage now. She has grown a lot.
I AM ANGRY!!!

So right. Kids will push for as much as they can if the parents let them.

My 2 daughters have been working and taking care of their family since they got out of college. Both have good houses in nice neighborhoods and their children are studying. The bigger are already independent.

Fingers crossed.

Ah...in India, we remain babies forever...it is quite symbiotic relationship actually. They need us and we need them, differently. lol. But yes, parents need privacy. Mine did not remarry. So I take liberties, and he has no objections. He can't. It is something that I bought on his name. LOL

My daughters would not fit in my house. Houses are not that big in the city and the kids make too much noise.

Yes you are right, most of them are freeloaders. I see it all the time, won`t work and makes the parents cook and clean for them. My dad was old school, get a job and get your own life. By time I was 30 I owned my own home and business.

If you're over eighteen you should have a job. That's how it is. I get tired if twenty something year Olds saying there tired when all they do is sit on their butts and watch TV and live off the government.

I wholly agree. I remember when I was a professor at the university and the Dean told me to accept that a student could take my course for the 4th time "because he was stressed". OMG!!! My course was one of those basic courses that even my grandchildren would be able to pass. I said NO!!!
