its not the matter of best or worst......go for dell.....they offer a wide customizations which no other provide.....do go for any brand name ....just make ur config and select a brand which provides u the config for least price....ok

go in for a HP its a very good company...also check out sony vaio its slashed its prices and nothing compares to it.... your rig should be dual core 1.66,1.86GHz (667mhz) this processor is top of the line and is the best 1gb ram dvd RW these specs start at a price range of 45000-65000+ depending on your budget choose do not go in for dell its got a lot of battery issues,IBM is built for sturdiness,HP is very good excellent looks with good build quality
