What does the church say about organ donation?

My friends, i have you heard people saying that helping sick people including bloodtransfusion, bone marrow, skin, kidney, heart transplants is not allowed because it is SINS!. any one who have vivid facts tell us! so that all we can we can be aware

On my side i never thought of any thing about the church as i have my own belief and helping some one is not a sin i have never received blood but i have donated more than twice still God blesses me.

Who said that? That's not taught in Christianity.
