So, what is your Fitness Goal for the week? Do you set weekly Fitness Goals for yourself? Examples: 1. Exercise for 30 minutes per day 2. Drink 64 oz of water per day 3. Eat 5 servings of fruits and veggies per day 4. Track food intake and exercise daily 5. Write one journal entry daily Setting Fitness Goals is a great way to keep you focused and on task. Please share some of your Fitness Goals.

Exercise 3-4 times a week and get my body fat percentage to around 20%.

My fitness goal is to: Eat healthy at least 3 times per week Work out each major muscle group at least once per week (different days, different muscles) Make sure my water intake is at least one gallon per day take my vita gummy because I don't like the hard chewables. Yuck.

I love to go to the gym like 3 times a week and one day a week to go on running. Also drinking water and spread positive vibes helps a lot :)
