Most employers value the customer more because the customers purchase their products, making a profit for the company. But it's the employees that make sure that the customer gets the right product or service to keep the customer happy. It's a double edge sword without customers, there is no business, and without the employees, there are no customers.

certain self-sufficient companies depend largely on their customers, that is why the management does everything to keep their customers satisfied and happy. some companies exist solely because of their customers. if they don't have the trust and confidence of their customers, what's the point of maintaining or keeping their employees when there's no business to run in the first place?

Customers are very important for the growth of any organistion..So, they are very much valuable... In the same way employees are also very important. But, certain companies are not providing good benefits for the employees... They care more about the customers and try to satisfy only them... To satisfy the customers they are creating more pressure on the employees.... In my point of view both customers and employees should be trated equally..... Is that happening so? What do you think about this...

Customer are the life blood of a business. They are too valuable to lose. Many companies realize this and they are now trying to be customer friendly, trying to satisfy every customer needs. When visiting a top shopping mall, you can easily see, customer care section or customer suggestion box.
