So I have began my adventure...again. Weight loss, healthier life, happier me. Sigh. It is not as easy as it sounds. I have been battling with a few addictions. Sour candy. Soda. Chips. Yeah...bad bad and bad! In 2016, I first began dieting and exercising. I lost almost 30 pounds and kept it off for awhile. Then in early 2017, everything went south. I got depressed...let's just say being discouraged to be healthy takes a huge toll. I gave up. Only exercised maybe 3-4 times per week instead of the 5-6 times. Started cheating on my diet with the bad foods and drinks. As of yesterday, I began drinking a mixture of apple cider vinegar (the mother), honey, and a full glass of water. Warmed. Then cooled with ice. Yum! Back in 2016, I did this and it made a huge difference in everything. I can say that yesterday my appetite wasn't as engorging as it usually is. And I did eat some sour candy, but I didn't polish off the whole bag like normal. This time, I ate 1/2 the bag. Which is an improvement. I tried to drink some Sprite, but only could drink a few sips then I was done. Exercise has been ho hum. I have been on vacay for almost two weeks and this last week I have been so busy working on my home I haven't had time. I know...excuses excuses. But next week I have to return to work. So I am going to try for one hour a day Monday through Friday when I can. And shall exercise when I can, whether it is morning, lunch time, or after work. I shall write like this is a journal of my ups and downs. It is very difficult but again I shall try.

Best of luck! I am also getting back in the swing of losing weight and exercising more vigourously. Its not easy to get started but once you have a routine, it feels easy. What exactly does the apple cider vinegar and honey do?

@ChaoticLady79 thats good to hear! Some of my friends are into taking walks and playing tennis with me, which helps. But most of them always want to eat out which is frustrating. Thanks for the article, will check it out! Keep us posted on your progress!

Here is a article regarding using apple cider vinegar and honey. Now keep in mind, I don't use the organic honey they speak of. I use the home brand that is from local harvesters. Good luck to you also. It is very difficult to get motivated. I have two besties that I can lean on to help with that.

@asswclown. I hope you are able to gain the weight you need. I have a couple of friends who have trouble keeping their weight up.

@ChaoticLady79 I am skinny, gaining a few pounds won't be bad
