How much is 1Million in your country?

How much does it worth and what will you do or buy out of that 1Million of yours?
Me, I could buy a 150 sqm lot worth 600,000 and then build a house worth 400,000.

In some parts of the Philippines (Quezon City), I would buy a 150 sqm lot for Php 450,000 and I would build a home worth Php 450,000 (3 bedrooms, 2 T&B, living room, kitchen-dining room and a garage). The remaining 100,000, I would invest in buying furnitures and other things needed in my new home.
Oh yeah, I almost forgot that I still need money to pay for the taxes and land registration.
