How much time do you spend time on social media each day?

Nowadays, we own smart phones and social media is becoming part of our lives.Sometimes we seem to feel empty without it. how much time do you usually spend on it ?what do you usually do?

My only social media is myLot for at least 1 hour :-). Facebook... once or twice a week, at least 10-15 mins. Busy.

I'm not on as much as I used to be, I'm involved in so much other stuff and looking into getting a blog going.

I think 5-8 hours in a day I think.. I usually go here in myLot and sometimes in FB
