Do You Consider Yourself A Good motivator?

I Guess motivation is the most important thing and can do a world of Good to the confidence of a person who is down and not feeling good about him or herself. The Best managers are considered as best motivators as well as they know how they can improve the performance of a person just by saying good motivating words and its like positive thinking and this always helps a person to do well and achieve more this its target.
For me, I feel i am good communicator and motivator but still I can improve on it.
What About you all? Do You Consider Yourself A Good motivator? Please share.

Indeed I do my friend - As a music teacher to a vast array of children, I consider it an honor and quite fulfilling to be their motivator from their negative circumstances.
