Why did you join in myLot?

I was searching some sites that are legitimately paying, and that is where I found myLot. I was hesitant at first, it could be like one of those sites that I had wasted my time on. I've seen that the payment is very little but I still pursue on joining this site. I know it will give me a benefits not just money but knowledge as well.
What was your main reason why you joined this site and did it changed now?

Most of the members here joined mylot for some extra money to pay the bills. I joined with the same reason. A member here referred me. At that time I was pursuing my degree now I have a full-time job so I come here only for checking with my friends

@chicnthin Don't worry about money. You will get paid for sure. And in case Mylot thinks of discontinuing payment, Mylot does inform us. So that's the best part.

I joined this community because sometimes I need a break from work. Here, we could learn about the perspective of others and you can also share your own. I like how we can exchange information and opinion with other nice people. The money you can get is just an incentive aside from gaining friends and knowledge.

Yes, my reason was to make an extra income online, then I want to learn and improve my English grammar and now it's become my habit to come here in myLot.

To interact with anonymous people from other countries or even bots and get to hear their stories and life experiences. This is the number one reason I joined.
You said money. there is no money in here. Just a small motivation for being online.

I joined myLot because I knew Bubblews wouldn't last, the way they were treating their members.
I had just lost another site that I felt was my home online (WebAnswers) and was looking for a new online home. After I found myLot, I started inviting my friends from WebAnswers and Bubblews to join me here.
I have met many people here and feel some of them have become my friends over the three plus years I have been here.
Edit to add: You can see how long other members have been on myLot by going to their profile. myLot posts the length of time every member has been her by their avatar.

@chicnthin I cashed out in WebAnswers right before the site crashed for the last time. ($400 is nothing to sneeze at!)
But I lost $75 at Bubblews.
Oh well, you win some and people cheat you out of the rest, right? (laughing)
