Go swimming to gain health benefits

I swim a lot because of its health benefits like burning calories, strengthening the muscles,giving one the power of endurance in fact swimming helps works on all part of the body.Do you go swimming or you intend to?

I went to swimming a long time ago. It's really an awesome sport and very good for relaxing. Now I do a few of running and stretching, but I recommend swimming if you are able to practice it. Perhaps I'll return to swimming again, I hope so.

I don’t my usual form of exercise is walking. However swimming is a great form of walking especially for older and less physically able people as there is less strain on the joints.
