Have you tried mindfulness?

Mindfulness is useful for anxiety and depression. It teaches you to live in the present moment and enjoy life. With mindfulness we appreciate more the small things. A bird singing, a nice flower, a child who smiles. I tried mindfulness and I became more patient. And many things were improved. I was calmer. My stress level was very low. And I even enjoyed washing the dishes ( before I hated it). Have you tried mindfulness? Or meditation?

I pray every morning right in the balcony where I could feel the breeze, see the leaves of the tree sway and just be calm and in peace communication with my creator. Then I would write in my morning journal about my thoughts.
