How can we make this world more happier?

No congress man. No government. Only we have a online direct democracy. We create online global one governance. If you comment positive and peaceful things on this online sight then you can gain money especially, development country (Lower GDP) and war zone country. If you say negative words such as "Kill" "Attack" then you will lose reputation and of course can't get money. If you think England EU resignation is good for me or not good for me then you can post it. Of course we can learn EU registration merit and demerit on this sight then GLOBAL all of member can post it. Registration will be decided by us. This is only one example.... Make this world via Normal people! Congress and Government, War goods all of them just a waste of money. Reduce them, we can discuss and make things more happier! I know this is difficult. This is just for TEST and Trust for human power. Human reached to Moon. Human launched killing missiles. Why we can not make just a online direct Global wide democracy?
