It is not enough for me. I had slept at 1am yesterday night, woke up at 9am today, waiting for the Recycle Truck to come to pick up the recycle stuff.
Unfortunately, that truck didn't appear at all.
Sigh! I should had slept through until 10 hours instead! I am feeling tired right now, kept yawning even though I had coffee. Didn't help me to keep awake at all.
I need 10 hours of sleep!
Do you feel refresh after 8 hours of sleep?
Do you feel tired if you sleep more than 8 hours?

Went to bed at 11:15 PM and was awake early and got out of bed at 6:45 AM. Each day is different and thankfully I am retired and can accomodate the difference in each day.

@peachpurple I guess if one goes to sleep at 8 PM than 11 PM is late.

11pm is not late for me, but for my retired dad, he sleeps at 8pm, wakes up at 6am
I can wake up at 5am if I sleep at 10pm.

Yes, if it was a continuous 8-hour sleep. Otherwise, no.

It depends on when it begins. You get more rest in the hours before midnight. My best rest is from 9 pm until 5 am. I then feel quite rested.

Hi Peachpurple. At least for me it is. I like to sleep a lot that I need to drag myself up.

Even If I sleep for more than 8 hours, if I wake up early in the morning I feel like I did not get enough sleep :(. So morning sleep matters for me.

I have heard the more you sleep, the more you want to sleep. For me I love, a long night for sleeping.

I wish 8 would be enough for me, that would make me a normal person.
Here's how I sleep, and it's pretty messed up. But it works for me.
I take a 4-hr nap. Then I stay up a few more hours, and then go back to sleep for another 7.
So that's 11 hours total. Then I feel good. Otherwise, I can be one cranky little beeotch.

if I am alone, my sleep starts at 23.00 to 02.30 Indonesian time. then at 3:00 in the morning I take a shower because at this time he said it's best to take a shower in the morning, before the morning shower is best to drink a cup of water. to get rid of toxic substances present in our body

Sometimes I feel no amount of sleep is long enough. Other time I can get by on very little.

I'm a Taurus and one common 'trait' that is said that we love our sleep and lot's if it and I can 100% agree with that
I see myself at times having 10+ hours on weekends. Also love a good nap
