What’s going on the table at your house tonight? I want to know! I am making grilled skirt steak with chimmichurri (Margaritaville cookbook recipe), baked potatoes, and marinated cucumbers. Nothing too crazy tonight but it should be good. That’s what’s happening here. What are YOU having? Do tell?

Could you explain how you are marinating the cucumbers? I've never heard of this before. Also, I don't know what I'm going to do. There is bacon and eggs and bread in the kitchn, maybe a breakfast sandwich.

I like to to slice them up, dice a little onion, and then marinate them in balsamic vinegar with a splash of extra virgin olive oil, kosher salt, and ground black pepper.

That sounds good, it's to hot to cook inside since we don't have ac, so we are cooking hamburger and brauts on the grill.

The grill is great during the summer! Unfortunately it has started pouring here so I'm going to have to do the skirt steak in a cast iron skillet on the stove top.
