Hello
I wonder but since one and half month I am travelling lot. Even if I decide not to go anymore, I am doing it in the end.
Just completed 10 days travelling of 3300 KM only. Well, I am glad I am not the only one who was driving. We were two but still it was tiring.
Have you done such long journey by road? And how you feel?
For me I have to rest for whole day on 11th day.

@akp100 No, I was alone with an old 2cv Citroen that climbed the Alps at 30 km/h. I was doing 200 to 300 km/day, so it was not very tiring. I did round trips from Paris to Bordeaux with my car in the past, it was 1200 km and tiring. Now it is a 2 hours travel with a high speed train.

Yes, when I went to my province, years ago. It takes 15-24 hours before I reached Aparri Cagayan

@akp100 you are right. Driving is tiring and you enjoy less when tired

In 2012 I drove from my home to Cornwall. I began our drive in the early hours on a Saturday to limit the number of cars and especially lorries on the road. I wanted us to stop a few times for a rest so we did that. We went to the Eden Project which was amazingly beautiful. It had lots of flowers and plants. It was such a quiet place that day which surprised us. I felt very tired when we arrived at our accommodation. For where we stayed we did days out by car and ended up using a lot of petrol for my car.
