In my opinion, every failure in your life teach you something in your life. Past relationships are also a type of failure and that will also teach a lesson in your life.

@Berrygal, i didnt had any serious past relationship, so i didnt get the chance

Well I think that past relationships do deliver lessons. And I always believe that it teaches us for the better and not for the worse. It is a matter of how one deals with the lesson it brought. The pain and agony of losing your past relationship is just your growing pains that you have to endure as you mature in your next one.
