Short term MEMORY loss ....

This is something which is a part of my life. I'd like to share some of the incidents which every time happens with me due to My short term Memory Loss.
1. I always forget to take off my spectacles while face wash.
2. And most painful moment is when I put my phone on charging but forget to turn on the switch :(
Do you also have this habit of short term memory loss? Any incidents you'd like to share?

for me, and in my own personal opinion, i don't consider that short term memory loss. i just forget it. what i do when i forget something is, i retrace my steps and i recall what i did or put down an item.
