Banana in the morning is healthy....!!!!

Every time i wake up in the morning Banana is the first fruit i look for.
While it makes an excellent source for maintaining a healthy body, whether it makes a healthy breakfast option on an empty stomach is still debatable. "Bananas are an excellent source of potassium, fiber and magnesium, hence fulfilling the need of various nutrients in your body.

It is actually one of the god food which you should always try to get whenever you are outdoor and have no food.

Bananas give us energy,it is very good to have bananas for breakfast. It is very nutritious. I too have bananas sometimes for breakfast.

Sometimes I eat a banana especially when I'm not to hungry in the morning and I want to eat something simple and quick.
