How best do you relieve stress

I believe we go through one challenge or the other which induce stress in a subtle way and if we don't nip it escalate into something near depression. How do you relieve stress and nip it in the Bud?

Do not overwork yourself. Find time to rest. Ensure you sleep 8 hours in a day.
