Create a new gig.

Hi guys, hope everything is well for you. There is one site where I try to create there gigs, a gig is kind of an offer you make, where other users on the site can buy from you services. anyway, I don't know what might be the reason it won't let me to open a gig, no matter what I tried! I've wrote to the site they told they will help me out, but still didn't hear from them, and that's just makes me disappointed.
