Usually, I sleep around 1am or 2am in the morning since it is weekends. However, the next morning when I wake up, it would be 12pm , 10 hours of sleep and I get a bad backache with headache.
DO you feel the same?
Maybe I am not used to sleeping late.

Maybe you can get up early and go to bed early. I usually go to bed before 11 o'clock and get up at 7 o'clock in the morning on weekends.

I don't have a sleep schedule, especially not on the weekends haha I am normally up all night watching a livestream and there is no telling when I will wake up on Sunday.

If I wake up in the morning and the sun is already up that ruins my entire day. For me, it is utterly imperative that I wake up BEFORE the sun rises. It doesn't matter when I went to sleep the night before or whether it is a weekend or weekday. I guess I'm a bit of a weirdo.

My schedule is the same all week for the most part. I have to get up early to do my job....and my job requires me to work in the evening, too. I would love to get 10 hours of sleep.
