Is it a crime to fall in love?

Love is good but some people wish they never fell in love. A man traveled to a far away country. A beautiful lady fell in love with him. They got married and had a child. Two years later, the man decided to go back to his country. Would he not take his family with him? He killed the wife and the child.
He was caught by the police at airport. Should the man be allowed to go or be made to face his crime?
Please, I need your comment or contribution.

Of course he needs to face the consequences! He cannot just walk away when he has done wrong.

Exactly he should never be allowed to go back to his country and get Life imprisonment

A murderer has to face the crime he did obviously. He would have other options than killing wife and a child.

If for some reasons he can't bring his family, why does he need to kill them. He must be punished for the crime he committed. And we can't blame or can say that is love. That is selfishness. That is love for one's self. Because he can't bring his family then he will murder them? He must rot in jail.

what kind of person would kill his wife and child well if he did so then definitely he was not in love with the lady n child and sed them to get Greencard or nationality stats and he must definitely face the law and get punished because it was not love in the first place
